I received the most amazing service from Shamanie Naidoo. I had called to cancel cover for my old vehicle and was on the fence on the new insurer for my new vehicle. She was really patient and helpful, offered to call me back to save my airtime, she explained the different plans and benefits, gave me time to read the documents in my own time to make an informed decision. I honestly have never had such amazing customer service. She truly is a super star.
