Discovery Insure

I had a collision claim in November 2023, which has taken 2 months of being without a vehicle, only for Discovery to advise me yesterday 29 Januar 2024) that my claim is rejected as their "specialist ' assessor (from JHB) reports that my damage is wear and tear! Added to that I received notification that my premium will increase by 35% from 1 March 2024. For 2 months I literally received no feedback from Discovery and all communication was done by me, telephonically every other day. Their service provider has advised me not to drive my car, which has been in their workshop for 2 months!!! What do I do - the car overheated and they say 'wear and tear' plus 35% premium increase????

Reviewer Update
This morning a tow has been dispatched by yourselves (upon my request) to your Service Provider to uplift my vehicle. However, upon the tow service arriving, a release letter from yourselves has not been provided to Farber Coachworks and they would not release my vehicle. I need to uplift my vehicle as it was recommended, by your Service Provider (Farber Coachworks) not to drive it .......after your report has said my Overheated Vehicle is wear and tear and you're not covering it. My Claim number is ***. I am yet to receive further feedback or the courtesy of a call from Discovery Insure after this morning poor service, yet again! Where to now I ask myself?
