DISCOVERY INSURE - BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNCATION despite FOLLOW-UPS

To whom it may concern.

Please stay away from Discovery- and/or think very carefully before joining Discovery Insure - promises but no communication on claims - after follow-up emails (not once) - NOTHING - oh they read the email according to the read reports - - - I submitted a claim (break in August 2022) and quotes were requested from Discovery and received as early as 9/9/2022. I sent follow-up emails - no reply - It's extremely poor service and unprofessional and they have never waited for me wrt to their premiums monthly. This is the first claim I am submitting to Discovery. (clothing) So - think carefully - handling claims is not professional at all.
