Discovery insure bad service

I have canceled my Discovery Insurance policy after 7 years. I used to think they were by far the best. I would not listen to any other offer even if they were cheaper. Reason is that their level of service dropped drastically. I'm still in disbelief, my heart is heavy. 1.They were not responding to tons of emails about a claims issue. 2. Once they did, they had wrong figures for me on my excess funder. 3. I showed them proof that they were wrong and I was ignored. 4. Dtrack device on my was faulty, I reported it, a technician comes to fit a new one but it's faulty too, they penalize me by giving me less driving points for Discovery vitality drive. I complain, they take forever to respond only to blame me. 5. Once I cancel the policy they claim again they claim I had no funds on my excess funder. I feel seriously violated after 7 years of loyal service. 🙄😢
