Discovery Insure bad service
I have been a client with Discovery since 2010. The 1st of July I moved my cars to Discovery Insure. The contract clearly says that the DQ Tracker is effective from the 1 st of July. I also paid my premium on the 1 st of July. The product that come with Discovery Insure is Discovery Drive. Until now 3 issues have not been resolved in spite of numerous phonecards to the Discovery Call Centre, and our Discovery agent trying her best in phoning and continuously emailing Discovery in Johannesburg. No 1) The Trackers that was installed on both cars does not work when we dial the nrs given to track them. No 2) The allocated points I am supposed to get a month is 1800 which means 60 per day. I am only getting 50 points per day. 3) This means it is impossible to get to Diamond Status, which is promised in their adverts 4) I have up to this moment I have not recieved any cash back for being a safe and responsible driver on my points, even though their app on my phone says I should have recieved it. 5) I have spoken to my friends in town. Not one of us have the same total we have to score out of. DISCOVERY says the total is 3000 points. But some are on 2700, some are on 2400. It is clear that their technical department in Johannesburg when they rolled out this new product where not prepared. They are misleading people, because they can not produce what they promised. Off all the days I have driven since starting with this Vitality Drive, I have scored fervent scores except for two days. I am doing my part in paying my premiums and driving carefully, but they are giving terrible service
