Discovery Insure bad for the brand

I have been a Discovery health and vitality member for years. They give me the greatest service and I have been happy ever since...discovery insure on the other hand is poor. I have returned from overseas. Had to make arrangements on my account as some ***** took place. Made arrangements with Discovery Insure for my debit order to reflect at a certain date. They debit my account twice none the less. NO calls. NO enquiries. Just send me a terrible message that I must please remove their DQ-Track Asap to avoid penalties. Impersonal, rude and not good business. They car is not insured for correct amount and they never changed it...I never jumped down their throat...this ridiculous DQ Track has pushed up my fuel consumption with the fuel benefit they offer being ridiculously low...I don't complain BUT 1 debit order does not reflect after I made arrangements...RUDE attitude...pathetic!!!!
