Discovery Insure bad customer service
Got call from panel beaters to say that my bull bar was not authorized to be replaced. Discovery Insure haven't got the decency to call and tell me this.

We are very sorry that you feel aggrieved by the omission of the bull bar from the rest of the claim. We confirm that the bar had to be specified to be included on cover and advise that you consider doing so should you keep or repair it so we avoid similar recurrences in the future.
