Discovery insure

Yesterday I called the Insure Line wanting to speak to the broker division , i held on a call for almost 30 minutes .I cut the call and tried calling again and held again and eventually Jolan Govender from Client Servicing answered the call , i introduced myself and asked to go to broker division , he tried to put me through no one answered and then he said he will assist me as it was getting late . I just want to commend his efficiency , hardwork , dedication and he calmed me down as i was on panic mode.I really enjoyed dealing with him. Well done Jolan . Not only did he save premium for us but he gave a great service .
