Discovery Insure

I have 2 x vehicles insured. 1 x driven by my wife and the other by myself. From April 2023 points are not accumilated as per normal. I drove over 2500km in March and nothing accumilated. Losing out on the benefits.....again. I have now reported this to Discovery. Have deleted/uninstalled the App. Re-installed again. No Change. I would like to be compensated for fuel purchased from Shell as required. I now get "perfect" for driving on the App but no increase on my score. If no change or improvement I will be changing from Insurance and discourage everyone I know against Discovery Insure. When driving and answering calls on the infotainment system of the vehicle, points get dedeucted(Why have the stuff in the car). Make your own deduction
