Discovery Insure - Awesome Service

I recently dealt with an assessor from Discovery Insure. His name is Emmitt Reid. It was the best experience I've had in terms of dealing with insurance assessors. The treatment and whole experience from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. The gentleman was courteous and very respectful in every way imaginable. Not that he wasn't or didn't do his job. No, he went through everything thoroughly, but he never made me feel like the ********. My previous insurers made me feel bad about my forced burglary and made me feel as though I called the ******s to come break in my house whilst my kids were asleep. Emmitt interviewed everyone concerned and made sure that he got all the statements and evidence required. The manner in which he did it and his transparency was just awesome.
