Discovery Insure assessor incompetence

I have been trying to get a rental car approved after the Discovery assessor made a shoddy report that needed to be returned and rectified twice. To get the avis car approved a third time has taken over a week and they still will not do it until be get a THIRD assessment. We have neither time nor money for this mess around.
