Discovery Insure are wonderful.

I was involved in a 3 car accident yesterday, where someone smashed into me from behind and I, in turn, smashed the person in front of me. I got out of my car to check whether the other ladies were ok (they were) and then returned to my car to get my cellphone. It was ringing, and I answered it to find Discovery Insure on the line. They had been notified that my car was involved in an collision, and were phoning to find out if I needed medical assistance or help of any kind. Within an hour my car was towed, my hired car organised for collection the next day, and my claim with Discovery was on the go. Nichal was very kind, understanding that I was shaken up, and Bryce (I think was his name), who ensured that an authorised agent called Andre from 1st Assist (I think) towed my car. Andre himself was wonderful too. The whole experience was as pleasant as it could possibly have been in the circumstances. I'm so comforted that, in the event that I am ever too injured to answer my phone, Discovery will ensure that I will received medical assistance urgently. Thanks Discovery Insure. Let's hope the rest of the process runs as smoothly.
