Discovery Insure are useless

Discovery Insure are one of the most inept companies i have had to deal with in a long time. I requested a quote and didnt accept it, but they decided in their wisdom to deduct the premium. A premium mind you that i didn't approve. I consider this theft and will be taking necessary steps. Refund my premium asap
