Discovery Insure are useless

Logged a claim with Discovery for lightning that struck the house. 10 days later and still no replacement items or repairs to security system have taken place. Every call to query is an empty promise. They not concerned that we are vulnerable without the security system. Please avoid using Discovery Insure - they are quick to take your money but so poor in customer service.
