DISCOVERY INSURE ARE USELESS!!!!!

I called Discovery Insure on Friday to arrange that one of their assessors look at my vehicle for some minor damage which occured. I advised the person that I spoke with that as I work in Sandton. I need to schedule an appointment with an assessor between 15H30 and 15H45. The person I spoke to obviously ignored my request at I received an sms on the 05/02/2016 at 09H16 stating that my assessment was scheduled for 12H30 today, 08/02/2016. I then received a second sms advising me that my vehicle was booked in for 00:30 (who on earth does a assessment at that time of the morning?) Today, 08/02/2016 I then receive another sms stating that my vehicle assessment is at 12H30 today. On calling the assessment centre, I was then advised that there are no available appointments today and I must bring my car in tomorrow. This despite the fact that I received 3 sms's from Discovery stating that my vehicle's assessment is scheduled for 12H30 today. I'm not sure who is running this company, but this is the worst incompetence I have ever come across. I now intend changing my short term insurer. This company is totally useless & ***********.
