Discovery Insure are ********

I drive a 2006 Audi A4 2.0 TDI . I had and accident on the 24th March 2022. My rear bumper and towbar was damaged. I pay more than R700 per month on insurance for business cover. Discovery and their assesses refused to replace my bumper after they were told that it was too badly damaged. They insisted that my bumper be repaired by Hofbro. I was not given any guarantee on the repairs that were done and im expected to accept it. This was the worst Service i have ever experienced by any insurance company and will not recommend them to anyone. As long as they can collect your money they're happy.
