Discovery Insure are pathetic, next step Ombudsman

I was broken into at my house. I have submitted CCTV footage showing the items that were removed, because they could not physically see on the footage that the cell phones taken out of my sons bedroom where there is no camera, they rejected my entire claim due to "discrepancies"in my statement, apparently at discovery you may not add items to your claim after you have opened the initial case document. This company disgusts me to my core.....
