Discovery Insure Are ****mers

Discovery insure is debiting my account without my consent,after a telephonic conversation with a consultant from a Durban branch and me first requesting documents to be sent for me to go through and sign they just started debiting without my consent.Phoned the branch numerous times,consultants were inefficient and did absolutely nothing to help.Also spoke to the Manager Sandile who promised to call back and did not. I am highly frustrated and will have to take it further to an ombudsman. I would like my refund ASAP.
