Discovery insure are manipulating the points system

I am extremely frustrated at discovery insure. I make sure to ALWAYS drive according to their criteria to get diamond status every month, but this past month I have had a few uncovered trips when I drive and sometimes when my wife used the car as well (she is the secondary driver). Emailed them and I get a response that I need to check the settings and permissions and maybe I drove through a tunnel or an area with no signal. I haven't changed any settings or permissions and prior to this month I never had uncovered trips. I literally only use this vehicle for work and back home as we have another family vehicle that we use on weekends, so their excuse is invalid, yet they refuse to sort it out. I have missed diamond by 2 points due to the uncovered trips. I am certain they are purposefully creating uncovered trips in order to make members lose diamond status. will be shopping around for another insurer for both my car and property
