Discovery Insure are *****

Hello Peter,<br> <br> Me and my wife were away to the USA and we called Discovery Insure to add a secondary (restricted) driver to the policy on the 11th of March. Now we had the unfortunate incidence on the 19th of March 2015 the car insured was in a write off accident. We called Disovery Insure for the Liam.Everything was being processed as normal until Discovery Insure claims department told us that the driver was not insured.Upon receiving that we pulled the insurance schedule that showed that the driver of the vehicle was insured,then they apologised and said they will settle the claim.Ever since then it's been lies after lies.Eventually my case number 886191 was taken over by the supervisor Charlene Davids the story was the same.Lies and lies.They kept asking for the settlement from the bank and not paid out.My premiums kept being deducted.<br> <br> They never communicated to me.I always have to call them.<br> Today they promised they will settle the claim before end of bussiness day the 10th of April.<br> <br> I have kept all communication with them showing the long delays, to persue legal action against them for this bad service I pay for<br> Any help will be appreciated from your side.<br> <br> Regards<br> BH Hlophe
