Discovery Insure are less then pathetic in paying out approved claims, All communication ignored.

My car was sent in to be repaired based on their assessment. After three weeks I phoned to find out about the repairs, the company were surprised that Discovery had done NOTHING and hadn't told me. I was spending money on Avis waiver. Contacting them to get paid out an approved assessment has taken over three weeks. I have spent hours on the phone, no email response, no returning of phonecalls, even Maureen the supervisor- 2 messages left for her to contact me. THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE, JUST TO PAY OVER MONEY THAT ON THEIR SYSTEM HAS BEEN APPORVED!!!
