Discovery insure are dishonest and lack integrity
Dishonest and lack integrity.
Moved to Discovery Insure on 1/11/2019. I had three vehicles insured under mu policy. Only one vehicle required a tracker. On the anniversary of the policy i had an increase R300. Plus the consultant insisted that the other two vehicles require tracker. Discovery latest schedule did not even inlcude the requirement. Poor and dishonest conduct,

17 Sept 2020, 20:01Got a call from the consultant back at 16:30 today the 17-09-2020. She told me the "tracker requirement is "waived", and sent a new schedule. She indicated she will send an underwriters email to show the waiver, apparently this cannot be shown on the new schedule.
I never got a email, and i called back at 16:45. The consultant i spoke to, said there " is no such waiver", and the Dq tracker is still required.
Apparently there are three devices that discovery insure offers
1. The smart track that sticks on the windscreen- no cost
2. The tracker device that sticks under the car- R90pm
3. coventional tracker - unknown cost.
Im now totally lost and feel mislead by this organisation.

I will re-evaluate my patronage to all.
