Discovery Insure... appalling service continue...

The only way to get hold of Discovery Insure is to post on Hello Peter. Shocking that I have to go this route again to resolve a matter. For 8 months I did not get any of My rewards due to a faulty App. After numerous phone calls and emails to my broker, I left a message on this platform, and Discovery Insure contacted me within an hour. They realize I suppose to get weekly rewards for my good driving and the fault was on their side. They will get back to me. Still no answer and a few months later...
