Discovery insure - appalling service

Discovery Insure updated their App in November 2018 and ever since then my App has not been working. Which means I have been missing out on all my rewards that I suppose to receive. I have made numerous calls to their call center and they admin my App is not working and I am suppose to get my rewards, but still nothing is done.

There is also no email address or other method of contacting them except through the call center. Appalling service. Would never recommend them to anyone.
