Stay away from Discovery South Africa aka Discovery Insure

Our vehicle is comprehensively insured. We had a break in with substantial damage and theft.

2 week later, countless calls and the car is still without a window and we have no idea how to get it repaired. They did however offer a cash settlement that is 40% of the quote to repair.

Any advice on getting Discovery’s attention?
