Discovery Insure - App Unreliable & Support Pathetic

I have recently signed up with Discovery Insure...after 3 attempts to inform them about random and unsubstantiated deductions of points, and that the sensor in one of my vehicles doesn't work, I have had a ZERO response...This is over a period of a month now....and still not a peep! In addition, they only have the app to interact with Discovery Insure when it comes to raising issues.
