Discovery Insure App & Tracker Faulty

<p>Discovery Insure has a tracking device which tracks your driving as it wishes to and not on every trip. How unprofessional is that ,since the tracker suppose to help people track you in the event of an emergency or accident. The application and the tracker is faulty and in this way my premiums will not decrease as it is not tracking my driving and I am not getting rewards. Discovery has disappointed me on several occasions and I am very unhappy.</p>
