Discovery Insure App Problems

I'm very pee'd off with @Discovery Insure. Logged a review, one of many all about the same problem, after again experiencing connection problems with their device on my car only to be fobbed off as if it was my problem and not theirs. I look at other Google Play reviews and guess what? They're all complaining about connectivity problems resulting in being penalised.

I'd dropped a review in Google Play and they responded by saying: "Kindly forward your policy details to *** in order for us to be able to assist you further." (Std reply by the way)

😡 Email'd my details and no response. Phoned in and was basically told the problem was on my side, so tough luck. Was kept holding on-line for 27min then the call was dropped but no call back. The main reason for switching from Santam to Discovery was the benefits offered by using the app. So now what? 😡
