Discovery Insure App

I have been having an issue with the Insure App since 04/01/2021, i have logged over 20 emails and called in too many times to count...I have even sent 7 emails to insure complaints, ref numbers ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, *** which states that I will be called back. We are 2 months into my query and I am still waiting for someone from Insure Complaints to call me. Anna promised she would make sure my issue is resolve and she just disappeared on me. I really don't know what the next step is here.
