Discovery Insure Anton Ossip is misleading consumers in his LOVE DRIVES US .....February 2022 document. On 21 Feb 2022 I asked Lerato, Discovery Insure, whether there are concessions for pensioners. To earn cash back I must pay R600+ for annual health check, annual car check, Tiger Wheel & Tyre R95, Primary Eye Gym R250. His female supervisor told me "There are no concessions for pensioners - this is how Discovery works". Discovery tell you about the wonderful benefits but don't mention the costs to the Consumer to earn rewards; deliberately misleading consumers. This is *****. Don't be misled because Discovery Insure is wellknown.

02 Mar 2022, 12:18Discovery Insure increased my premium on the annual renewal by 7.5%. 8 weeks later they will increase my premium by 10%, i.e. a 17.5% increase in 2 months. Irregular and ************** against a pensioner.

03 Mar 2022, 16:39TWO working days and Discovery Insure has not responded. No customer service at all! Large companies can't be bothered with Customer Support. DISCOVERY INSURE.
