Discovery Insure and their refusal to pay out claims

I wish that I didn’t have to give star or rating. I put in for a windshield claim recently which had become an issue with the vehicle roadworthy. I was advised by one of their partners to wait until the crack in my windshield became an issue of roadworthy after starting my coverage. They refuse to pay out the claim which in my opinion is a ********** act as they state it is part of my cover. I have enjoyed discovery insure up until this point. Also, I keep receiving messages that my claim has been approved and a man by the name of Devan keeps calling me and harassing me telling me that my claim is not valid and therefore I cannot claim. I am very dissatisfied with this and would not recommend discovery insure
