Discovery Insure and their claims process sucks!

The problem started with a pool leak. I registered my claim and someone called me the same day or next day to come asses. Then submitted the report to which I had to remind Discovery to have a look at and approve fix or call out. The repairer that Discovery appointed who comes from very far form where I stay had lifted my paving broke my light and walked away from the Job saying there is no leak after initial report that there should be a leak and suggesting pressure testing. I ask Discovery for a second Opinion and to appoint someone closer. They tell me i have an endor*****t on my insurance and can only use their suppliers after having no home claims with them ever I have this endor*****t and insist they want to send Plumbers to come look for the leak. I argued with them what would plumbers know about this...Eventually the plumbers came and laughed as they do not do pool leaks and what a waste of time. After this I find out from their service dept there was no endor*****t or was suddenly removed again(convienientl). Eventually they agree to use Pool Doctor a well Known supplier in CT. Now they ignore my emails for the claims to which I have already Paid to Pool Doctor thus far
