Discovery Insure and Samsung Repair CENTER are USELESS and ****MMERS

I had an insure policy with Policy, my phone broke and it was collected and taken to the Samsung Repair Center in Pretoria. After a few days I cancelled my policy with Discovery and requested that they return my phone to me. this was 3 months ago and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK.

I want my broken phone back, because obviously someone stole it. I have called and been through from pillar to post and to this day I haven't received my phone back Tatum Van Staden Discovery Insure , was the lady that was assisting me from Discovery and Chantell was the lady from the Repairs center. now when I call them, they are annoyed with me and all I want is my PHONE BACK.
