Discovery Insure and Netassit Diabolical companies and service

this is a public service announcement of the tactics used by Discovery Insure, Netasssit and Auction Nation, bulldozing itself through the clients they supposed to look after. I had an unfortunate incident with my trailer just as i was going on holiday, thankfully i had a spare axle from a friend that could be fitted. claim logged with Discovery on the 1st of April, they requested quotes and photos on the 2nd of April, which i found odd because i did it all via the app( does not work it seems), continuous back and forth with them, they eventually get Netassist to go out to look at the trailer on the 5th of April, after i had been getting quotes for Discovery Insure. this is where it gets interesting, as i had the spare axle i was able to take it to a Caravan repair shop, the assessor arrives looks at the trailer and deems that the axle is in good condition but fails to consider that the axle is a loaner and will need to be replaced, nope not according to them, we had to remove the axle of the quote. again back and forth with the quotes, no response from Netasssit directly to me, they just removed items off the repair quote with no discussion. Eventually i get a call from the repair shop while i was in Kenya on the 29th of April that the trailer is now written off, no communication to me or my broker, simply bulldozing tactics. i have just found out that the trailer has no been removed form the repair shop again no communication and still no idea on what the settlement will be BUT it is definitely not going to be for the amount that it was insured as the broker has indicated to me. I am currently still waiting as of the 7th of May with now no idea where my trailer is and still with the loan axle attached to it. please reconsider moving to Discovery Insure i have had 3 claims with them and they have all be the exact same response, incompetence
