Discovery Insure and Mthura Towing

I recently had a car breakdown on the N2 between Somerset West and Cape Town, which is a very dangerous area. Sbu Kolondiya from Discovery assisted me very quickly by organising a towing service and ride home. He also called twice to check whether I arrived home safely. The service from him was very good.

However, the towing service company called Mthura Towing, was not very professional. Two guys arrived in an old Toyota Run-X to give me a ride home after the tow truck transported my vehicle to the company who will conduct the mechanical repairs. The one guy, who showed me the official email from Discovery about the towing service, was dressed in sweatpants and purple lady slippers. The other guy, who was driving, did not wear a seatbelt and told me he did not have his license with him. He then proceeded to stop on the Baden Powell offramp to drop off the other guy. None of this felt very professional and I felt unsafe.

I would like to ask Discovery Insure to review their service level agreement with Mthura Towing.
