Discovery Insure and Eyegym program run business like Kindergartens

Im doing Eyegym program on Discovery Insure after contacting them i have paid three times without getting service all that Eyegym personnel can come up with that fault is with me either that im not registered but if i tell them iam registered they give me the same answers again.I dont know they are poor they cant come up with solutions from Discovery to Eyegym,
