Discovery insure and accesir Josh.?

Discover insure installed a new geyser..it burst..this is the picture of the new installation..im lucky the place didn't burn down..here are the pics of the burst geyser they gave all responsibility to the plumber and left me fighting about what should be repaired in still waiting fir Discovery to pay my water bill for water running for 2 days..3 months later still waiting for the water bill to be settled by them ???
