Discovery Insure always finding reasons not to pay

Makes me sick. Discovery Insure is making every efford to try and not pay out our claim. Finding faults, glitches, ANYTHING to decline the claim. I had a builder through my house, car assessor and building assessor and they are finding every reason not to repair for damages. The evidence is clear that the incident was caused due to a matter beyond our control - photo evidence was not suffice. The petrol pedal snapped off wedging/locking the petrol lever in carpet which resulted the car to enter the garage from a still standing position and not being able to stop after numerous attempts, This caused the approx 2ton Jeep to force itself forward pushing the wall over. We tried to stop the car not even 10m from still standing position - not good enough to suffice a claim for damages. Interrogations by two verifying assessors - one telling us to instruct the builders to continue with the repair and basically deal with it if the insurance refuse to pay for it later. Then questioning us on every little incident on trying to prove us otherwise raising historic claims, restaurant bills etc. You make me feel like a ********, a *****. If this was to our fault I would have taken it upon myself
