Discovery Insure agent rude and *********

I received a call from Discovery Insure at 10:06 (today 2019/05/24). The agent on the call wouldn't let me hang up without completing the sale and became apprehensive that I wanted to speak to my current broker first before switching insurance. From the onset of the call I explained that I wanted a comparative quotation so that I could decide on the best option, which I wanted to do in a subsequent step. The agent then became quite rude and proceeded to attempt to intimidate me by explaining why he thinks it's unfair. But I insisted. He then promised to send me the quotation via email, so that I could respond and take the insurance if I decided to do so. I have not received any email to that effect. I would like to exercise my right to get a copy of the call that took place and request that you send it to me. I find it absolutely unacceptable that an agent wants to lecture a client on their decision in a rude fashion.
