Discovery insure account maintenance

The service my daughter and I have received from the discovery insure maintenance department has been shocking! After many emails requesting bank reward account changes and not premium changes they still go ahead and mess it up and change the premium account. On top of that their email responses are from a different person every time that do not even try give attention to the initial request not the subsequent questions asked. We pay extremely high premiums and expect better service!
