Discovery Insure - Abysmal Service

10 weeks later and my total loss motor claim has not been settled. This is the second complaint I have logged here and no one does anything to resolve this. I have sent numerous emails and complained on numerous platforms and yet, I am still waiting for settlement after 2 and a half months without a car. Unacceptable on all levels.
