I submitted a claim on 15th December 2023 with Discovery Insure. They authorised Chat a Tech to repair the phone. They contacted me to pick up the phone. I requested a loan phone of which they did send to me. Courier guy then picked up my phone on 29th December 2023. Until now it has not been delivered to Chat a Tech. It has been delivered to an unknown person. I had informed Chat a Tech. They said they contacted Courier guy and they said the phone is with the driver it will be deliver e today 4th January 2023. I get a call from Courier Guy today asking me to give them the details of the person who has the phone. I sent 2 emails to Discovery insure yesterday. I had no response. I called them today, they put on hold for more than an hour until my airtime ran out. Chat a Tech responded saying that Courier Guy will not accept a claim because I do not want to give them information and Chat a Tech cannot do anything. No response from Discovery. No resoin
