DISCOVERY INSURE A MASSIVE FRUSTRATION AND DISAPPOINTMENT

This is the most pathetic insurance company I ever dealt with. It took them more than a year to transfet a policy to my name after my wife passed away. After numerous e-mails and phone calls Discovery Insure keep sending me documents which do nor open with the recommend password which is related to my id. It is a nightmare to work this a group of people who is not even able to change a password on a document. E-mail requests were sent over a period of time to several of their e-mail addresses. I even received a phone call yesterday from one of their staff members to aplogise and he confirmed that they fixed the problem.
