Discovery Insure

Terrible Service I'm getting from this insurance is sickening. My unpleasing started on the 25th Mar 2021 where I requested road assistance after my car breakdown. knowing that my policy cover free road assistance, to my surprise I was immediately informed I have to pay R400 for the towing service for a 34KM distance. I denied to pay such amount and I phoned a friend to town me to the safe destination. I then decided to write a complain to the insurer on the 29 Mar 2021, and the only response I got from them was "Please note your query has been referred to the relevant department". Till today no courtesy call and/or email received to date regarding my complain. Thereafter, I got an accident and hit a pothole and my Rims got damaged and I submitted a claim for a repair on the 12 May. Up until today, I am still waiting for the validation from the assessor.

For your information, this is the insurer I have with been from 2*** (5yrs) & then again from 2015- till today. Paying premium for the past 11 years without any Claim, yet this is how they treat you. SHAME & SHAME on them and terrible service.
