Discovery Insure - 9 weeks later, my roof is damaged more now - still waiting for Roof tiles!
Its now been exactly 9 weeks since my claim. My roof is still not fixed, which should have been priority ONE!
My ceiling is now damaged and leaking!!! Thank you again discovery... after 7 weeks, you provider disappeared then after numerous calls i managed to get you to find another provider and now 2 weeks later ... its raining heavy and my roof has got worst!
you guys dont even come and put tarps or anything to prevent this getting worse!

16 Jan 2024, 17:09To be Honest, you have responded like that on Hello Peter since 28 Nov (first complaint - 3 weeks after the event) and nothing happened... so sorry Discovery Insure - i do not believe you as you do not contact me, i sit and wait and lose all my airtime waiting to get things done with you and then you raise my premiums and still do not contact me.... my only way of letting you "see" my disgust is via HelloPeter!
