Discovery Insure ****

Discovery Insure has taken more than 2 weeks to deal with a motor vehicle claim relating to a hijacking on 13th April 2024. The vehicle was recovered undamaged within 2 hours of being ******. Today I was advised that the vehicle is being written off as it is not economical to repair. A claim for 2 ****** phones in the hijacking has not been finalised. I have not received an agreement of loss. I have dealt with 7 DI representatives with no outcome. This is a ****!
