Discovery Insure

I had the misfortune to be involved in a MVA yesterday, wherein I was sideswiped resulting in significant damage to my vehicle. Physically, we had/have some whiplash but fortunately nothing else. Before I even had time to unbuckle my seatbelt, Aziz McPherson from Discovery was already on line to enquire as to what happened. He enquired about my health, checked if medical attention was required, contacted the towing company and talked me through the entire process - thereby ensuring that I had all the relevant information. He also logged the claim on my behalf and arranged for someone to collect me from the accident scene and transport me to my next destination. He then also contacted a car rental company to arrange a courtesy vehicle. He called me several times over the course of the morning to check that everything was fine. Thank you Aziz! You conducted yourself in a very professional manner, showed empathy and ensured that i received the necessary care and attention.
