Discovery insure

Hi, I am so deeply disappointed with discovery insure. Those of you who make good ratings for this company wait until you have significant damages to your property then you will be as disappointed as most of us. It started in 2017 when I had to claim for vehicle damages, by then the car was written off by their assessor, I was offered way less money for the car that it's worth, when I enquire they told me that that is what their assessor calculated the cost, I had to tell them the specifications of my car and I am not even a assessor and they had to change the claim, that is a sign of incompetence from their side, last year 2019 August I had another accident and because I was investigated as a ******** I had to withdraw my claim, my car was written off, but to date I am still paying the premium of a car that was written off by them. This year I had another accident and the dates on their dates on the claim email do not correlate, so I am wondering which claim they are talking about, I tried to communicate with them but it seems all the want to do is dismiss my claim, so be careful with discovery as a company. Am planning to take this further.
