My car needed to be jump started because I forgot the fog lights on, I called my insurance for assistance and spoke to Dimakatso Sefuthi who works for discovery insure. She was so professional and patient. within 30 minutes the service provider was already there to assist. She even made a follow-up to check if I got assisted.
