Discovery Insure

A multi billion company and they can’t provide a proof of payment! A simple PDF document that shows the payment that they claim they “made” to IEMAS Financial Services (Another Useless Company)

I’ve requested Discovery to provide a proof of payment so IEMAS can allocate the payment to my account for my vehicle that was ******, I’ve been sent pillar to post trying to get assistance, but a multi billion company like Discovery just doesn’t care, cause they doesn’t use a favour I guess. Nqobile Mthethwa from Discovery claims department also doesn’t seem to worry, ignores mails, doesn’t call me with feedback or anything. It’s been 3 weeks now and still my insurance claim still isn’t basically closed, on their end they feel it’s closed, but I’m still sitting without a car because they failing to provide a simple PDF document that IEMAS Financial Services needs to allocate to my vehicle account

If all call recordings can be traced, they will hear the amount of times I’ve called asking for help, I keep getting told they gonna send an email, that doesn’t help me at all!
